The American Dental Association recommends two preventative dental care visits per year.  We understand life happens and sometimes there are other needs competing for your family's dental dollars when it's time for your cleaning and exam. And for a busy family, it can be a struggle to schedule when your dental insurance dictates.  
 
Our in-house membership plan allows you to pre-pay for your annual preventative dental care needs. You don't have to worry about timing your budget with your next visit.

We gladly accept Dental Insurance

Our office accepts most major insurance plans including Careington, DHA, Unicare and United Concordia. We are also in-network with Ameritas, Chip, Cigna, Connection Dental, Delta, Dentaquest, Dental Network of America, Dentemax, Guardian, Humana, MCNA, MetLife, Texas Medicaid and Zelis.

Please contact our office to verify your insurance is one of our accepted providers. But please be advised some procedures might not be covered by your insurance, As healthcare providers, our goal is to optimize your oral and overall health. Unfortunately, this means that our recommendations are not always covered by your insurance.  We make every effort to maximize your benefits and provide payment options for costs that are your responsibility.

What payment options do you offer?

Red Oak Smile Center offers several payment options:

  • Cash, check or credit card at time of service
  • Payment plans – For major treatments, we will work with you to develop a payment plan.
  • Insurance – For your convenience, we will submit your insurance claims.
Do you require payment at the time of the visit?

If you have insurance through one of our approved providers, only your estimated portion of the fees will be required at the time of service.

If you do not have insurance, we will require payment at the time of service or as specified in your payment plan.

Do you accept CareCredit payments?
